I find lot of communication happening at the energy level. When we speak and verbally exchange ideas people don’t necessarily hear what we say; they pick up on the energy we vibrate. Energy level communication appears to be deeper and more meaningful.
Observe, introspect, open your heart, appreciate, take interest, give and don’t judge if possible. This generates positive vibration, which leads to better communication where others feel they are being heard. You will be surprised at how many times that is all someone wants; i.e. to be heard.
When you communicate from a place of love, compassion and understanding, then regardless of how difficult the conversation is; the communication will be more effective. The universe will rejoice and the world will be more peaceful if people communicate this way.
