I believe astrology can offer a unique window through which you can explore personal growth and self-awareness. It provides a framework to understand your place in this world, your purpose in life and the planetary cycle you’re in. It can also be an important guide to your relationships.

I’ve witnessed my clients gain insights into their strengths, weaknesses, challenges and potential path forward through astrology. Personally, I have used it as a tool for reflection, guidance and helping and motivating individuals. In this uncertain world astrology offers a sense of connection and meaning.

Homage to nature

Appreciating the beauty and wisdom of nature leads us to finding solace and harmony. The chaos and pace of daily life can leave us somewhat empty and unsatisfied. Paying homage to nature can give us the feeling of interconnectedness and oneness with the universe.

Letting go

Letting go is difficult because of our ego. Accepting and moving forward without forgetting the past is the goal in letting go. Allowing and making room for new beginnings is important to shape your future and you have the power to do it.

Holding on to the past may be preventing you from living life king size! You owe it to yourself to move past the baggage and any unnecessary blocks. Trust in the process of catharsis and embrace the future, attracting love, happiness and abundance.

Letting go will open doors for a better version of you to emerge so you can continue to grow and evolve and feel alive with each breath.

Manifestation

Manifestation can be defined as turning our thoughts and desires into reality using focused intention and unwavering belief. If you are spiritual, you know that our thoughts can influence and shape the world around us.

Manifestation is energy based and the energy we put out is what we end up attracting; thereby in a sense we are the creators and are in-charge of our own reality.

Manifesting requires keeping a positive mindset, visualizing our goals and above all being spiritual and letting go of any anxiety associated with achieving our goals.

Rarely do we pay attention to the act of visualization in everyday life. Visualization is the art of creating mental images, using the power of our imagination. We should acknowledge its power to shape our destinies and bring forth the blessings of the universe.

To tap its power, we should quietly close our eyes and with heightened consciousness, we must delve into the depths of our minds, conjuring vivid images of our desires, dreams and aspirations. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you experience manifestation of those desires which you successfully and consistently visualized.

Ego identity

I have observed that when we become too attached to our sense of self or our ego, we suffer. We see ourselves as separate from the world around us and this perception causes ego suffering.

Our ego is part of our identity and yet it is not something we came into this existence with. We acquired this identity later shaped by our thoughts, beliefs and emotions; many of which were outside our control.

Letting go of this belief and attachment by practicing mindfulness and gratitude will help us overcome ego suffering.

Gratitude

We must acknowledge at some level that good things in your life are a gift from higher power. This act of gratitude helps us feel more connected giving us a sense of purpose and direction. Our lives can be greatly enhanced by practicing gratitude.

Make it a daily practice to experience positive manifestations in your life. Gratitude is a well-known technique for attracting everything you want in your life.

Gratitude makes us kinder and more generous. Also when we give to others, we are broadcasting the frequency of abundance in our lives and end up attracting more of it.

Power of crystals

I use crystals as a tool for healing and spiritual growth. I believe each crystal has its own unique energy and vibrational frequency that can help to balance and align the energy within our bodies and minds.

There are many different ways to use crystals. You can carry a crystal with you, place it on your body during meditation, or use it in a crystal grid to amplify its energy. You can also place crystals around your home to create a positive and uplifting atmosphere.

Crystals may help us connect with our higher selves and tap into our own inner healing abilities. Experiment and see what crystals work for you.

Nature and spirituality

I never fail to be amazed at creation. For me nature helps with finding my center and a connection to the world around me. It is my conduit to the spirit world of wonder! Nature is larger than us, but we are a part of it, intimately connected.

Take time out from your busy schedule and spend in nature and allow yourself to be emersed, in quiet contemplation or in active exploration; it can be quite meditative. If you’re feeling stressed or disconnected, time spend in natural surroundings can be very peaceful and lead towards greater clarity and spiritual awakening.
